  Over priced, very very very slow, unorganized. Had to revisit twice and she still didn't have anything finished.. Made me watch as she sewed a button on my shirt for $6! I could off done that my self. That was the point. She just left the shirt on the counter and asked "Do you want a bag?" :) Never going back again...

  **owner stealing clothes****despite my issue I had before in the paragraph under, I went back. the owner stole my clothes. another worker showed me the security footage without the owners permission. The owner was around my clothes picking things off the floor and the camera jumps from 11:58am to 12:10pm. And then the owner is no where to be found. It's clean but not Worth the b.s. she fails to replace that load of missing clothes.

  I have dropped off all of my clothes for wash and fold and they do it very promptly and professionally. My bag had a few holes and the seamstress kindly fixed it the same day. Thanks! Would recommend for quick and clean service.

  I use to go there every weekend to do laundry for myself husband and 4 children spending up to 60$ a week. The owners wife knows my face very well to the point where she knows I just had a baby. Moving one one day I put 2$in the dryer which is 25 cents for 5 minutes, halfway through my clothes are still wet and she did not want to refund me or add more time to the dryer to dry my clothes. She also told me I should have checked the lint mesh ,which is impossible because she used a key from her office to open it. What made matters worse is another lady had the same problem and she gave her the money back and that put two loads in one dryer for 30 min vs me who uses all 6 -8 dryers for 50 min. Anyone can do the math I am the customer that spends more money and it obviously is not valued. I am a customer service rep for over 10 years so this definitely pissed me off. I'll just bring my $2880 a year to another laundry mat that values my hard working money! All over 1$.

  Been going there since April 2017,never had any issue, owners are nice and friendly..I don't understand all those review of people lying ...they should be banned from using Google for ever

  Used the coin laundry once, machines worked just fine, reasonable priced, free wifi, all I needed!:) Had a chat with the owner and his wife, seem to be very nice people
