  I love shopping at Endless Tails. The selection and quality of pet food and supplies is terrific. Prices are competitive with big box pet stores, but they cannot compete with owner Cathy's customer service. She is passionate about her work and goes above and beyond to help you find the right food for your pet's special needs. She provides excellent advice on behavioural and health issues, and when she's not working at the store, she's out managing feral colonies, rescuing strays, and finding good homes for them. She's professional and courteous, and I've only seen her lose her cool when someone isn't treating their animals right (e.g., letting cats roam outside, refusing to spay/neuter). If you love your pets and want the best for them, shop at Endless Tails.

  Cathy and virtually everyone of her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. For those who say she's rude to some customers, I'm sorry, but she will be if she notices you're not taking good care of your furry friends.

  I have been going to Endless Tails for over ten years. I would never shop anywhere else for my dog food or supplies. I used to live in the neighbourhood but had to move to Burlington. I still travel 30 minutes to shop at Endless Tails because I would never shop any where else. Cathy the owner is incredible! She treats her customers like family and takes time out of her insanely busy days to give advice. My dog had a terrible allergy and Cathy gave me suggestions to help beat Otto’s horrible scratching. She could have been a veterinarian. Saved me a visit to the vet and money. She listens to her customers and really cares. I don’t know any other store owner who gives so much to their customers. The store has been recently renovated and it is a joy to shop in there. Not only that but she rescues cats and kittens, offering adoptions in her store. To date, I believe she has adopted out over 500 cats and kittens! This is not a huge corporation, it is a small business run by one woman.
