    My experience with the staff was great. Samra and Victoria were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Much better than other banks in the neighborhood.

    I just bought my second conduminume, the worst experience in my life, I just send email to my rbc broker about the interest rate I signed the paper for 2.24% closed for one year and it's showing 2.25% in my online banking, + keep urgauing with them for all the hidden fees that I wasn't aware of it, they deposit back discharge fees for my first mortgage . But still a lot of hidden fees for existing customers. I don't recommended to any one for mortgage. I will renew my mortgage with the new banklike pc or those banks with no branch they may be better.

    My favorite bank. Very professional and helpful. Do more than what you expected. Definitely a customer for life.
