  I’m trying to get in touch with someone for the last seven months. When you call they send it to voicemail. I got in touch with someone they told be best way is email. I sent them a email my response was “I need to make an appointment and come in with my documents”. After that I sent 8 email to call me back or to make an appointment for me to come in. I I haven’t gotten any response to my emails. You can clearly tell that they are ignoring me. 8 emails and no response to the same email that they replied back from. I hope the Croatian government comes in and changes there staff because they are disgrace to the Croatian people. I know a lot of them and they are nice and really good people. Now my documents are over six months old which means I have to go back to Europe and get new documents and try it all over again. Thank you Croatia Embassy and staff.

  It's very sad I have to get to Canada to get the best customer experience by a Croatian government employee. The man working there was absolutely wonderful, took his time and explained all about my case in details ..and I thank him for that. He single-handedly made my day.
