  My experience with Turner & Porter funeral services still haunts me to this day. They were supposed to arrange the transport of my mother’s coffin to Ireland for final burial. Unbeknown to my family, Turner & Porter personnel had erroneously attached an envelope containing my mother’s passport, rather than a photo copy, to the coffin container. The passport was subsequently stolen during transfer between planes at London Heathrow airport. Following the theft, the funeral company did not assist us... they barely apologized and did not help to rectify the situation. The incompetent and impersonal way in which my family was treated by this funeral company, during an already trying time, was so unprofessional. This happened eight years ago, but to this day, it still haunts me... and for this reason I would never recommend Turner & Porter to anyone looking for funeral services

  Warm and compassionate people. They take care of everything and anything you might need. Looking forward to getting cremated there when I die.

  If you are planning a funeral, this is a very nice location. The staff is very professional, caring and helpful.

  Tracy Weir pre-planned my Dad's funeral. She was always helpful and available for questions. On the Visitation and Funeral days, Michael took over. He was always present, supportive, professional, and compassionate. I felt that I could ask him for anything and he would do it. From helping out at the Visitation, to ensuring flowers were delivered on time to the cemetery and then outside to the burial site, everything was on point without further instructions on the day. I would highly recommend this Funeral Home to others.
