  Not very good customer service. Quite disappointed on multiple occasions as I had to ask for help or the employees were too busy with non-customer work to even bother asking if you need anything. Good brands and quality service here but I'm about customer service too!

  We went here for help with some equipment and had a great experience. Went back for boots and Ken was super helpful getting us set up with a proper fit!

  We came in on a busy Saturday with our 4 kids, all needing ski equipment. We were assisted by Rob who was knowledgable, friendly, efficient and found us all what we needed. I have always had trouble with ski boots and Rob took the time to make sure they fit properly. We are very happy with the equipment we purchased and the service we received!

  They sold me skis and serviced skis over the years and failed to mention my binding had been recalled by atomic. The binding failed and I came in to see if they could replace it. they just told me they can’t help me as new bindings do not fit on the skis and they took zero responsibility for missing the fact they did not flag the binding was recalled when the ski was being serviced.
